Rich butterscotch chips are tempered with a bit of semi sweet chocolate in this whole wheat base cookie dough.  A little bit of sea salt on top makes them especially addictive.  Made with regionally sourced Renan Whole Wheat Flour sourced from Seneca Grain and Bean out of NY state.
