A hearty yogurt based cake made with Cabot Greek yogurt, house milled cornmeal with corn sourced from Seneca Grain and Bean out of NY state, and local blueberries from Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury when available. Great for slicing and keeping for a few days, and perfect for breakfast or dessert. Serves at least 8 people.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Yogurt (Pasteurized milk, cream, whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, live active yogurt cultures (Acidophilus, Bifidus, L. bulgaricus and S. thermophilus), Corn flour, Sugar, Egg, Canola Oil, Butter, Orange Zest, Fiori di Sicilia Extract, Baking Powder, Vanilla Extract, Baking Soda, Sea Salt.
