Beautiful, local peaches from Brooksby Farm in Peabody are folded into a rich brown butter almond cake batter made with 50% whole wheat flour milled in house at the bakery and baked in a fluted mold.  The cake is then topped with a peach cream cheese topping and garnished with sliced almonds and fresh diced peaches.
