Strawberry Frosted Lemon Cake
This cake features classic yellow cake soaked with a lemon syrup and frosted with Strawberry American buttercream. The outside of the cake is garnished with a white chocolate strawberry crumble.
Serves 8-10.
INGREDIENTS:
Cake: Wheat flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract. (Cake soaked in lemon syrup)
Lemon Syrup: Lemon Juice, Water, Sugar
Frosting: Confectioner's Sugar, butter, strawberry powder, salt.
White Chocolate Strawberry Crumb: Butter, white chocolate, milk powder, rice flour, lemon zest, sugar, milk powder, freeze dried strawberry pieces, cornstarch, strawberry powder, salt.
