Raspberry Lemon Yogurt Cake

Beautiful, local raspberries from Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury and raspberry jam pair up with lemon to form a simple breakfast cake, afternoon snack, or dessert.  This cake is simply dusted with confectioner's sugar after being glazed with lemon simple syrup.  Serves 6-8 people.
