Lemon Sugar Bun AVAILABLE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ONLY
This is our version of a donut but instead of being fried it is an enriched dough that is baked, brushed with melted butter, rolled in sugar, and then filled full of lemon pastry cream. It is addictive! Weekends only!
BUNS: Wheat flour (Unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, butter, olive oil, eggs, milk, salt, yeast.
Filling: Richardson's half and half, egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, butter, lemon zest.
