Chocolate Bread Pudding
Our bread pudding is making a short visit back to the winter menu! Our croissant and brioche are soaked in a rich vanilla flavored custard and the layered into a decorative paper baking pan with a good helping of chocolate chunks in the middle. The inside is soft and rich while the top is a little bit crusty and covered in chocolate ganache. This bread pudding can be enjoyed cold, room temp, or reheated with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Water, Butter, Sugar, Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Yeast, Egg, half and half, milk, vanilla extract, semisweet chocolate chunks (contains soy lecithin).
