This cake is so simple and beautiful and while it has been developed with Passover restrictions in mind it would also make a wonderful addition to your Easter table.

Leavened with whipped eggs and sugar and combined with almond flour, pistachios, house-made raspberry jam, cardamom, orange zest, and then brushed with a soaking syrup this can make a great breakfast cake or a dessert.  Garnished with candied nuts, confectioner's sugar, and dried raspberries.

INGREDIENTS: Almond flour, pistachios, coconut flour, sugar, eggs, grape seed oil, raspberry jam (lemon juice, lemon zest, cranberries, sugar) almond extract, salt, orange zest, orange juice, dusting snow sugar, dried raspberries.  This item is not certified Kosher.
