Valrhona Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Tart AVAILABLE 2/13 & 2/14 ONLY


Tuesday 2/13 pick up at Central Street only. Wednesday 2/14 pick up at Boston Street OR Central Street. Boston Street hours are 7 am-12pm. Central Street hour are 7am-3pm.

This tart is made with Valrhona gianduja (hazelnut) chocolate, a crunchy layer of candied hazelnuts, and a generous helping of whipped cream.  It is then striped with salted caramel, more candied hazelnuts, and chocolate shavings. What's not to love about this tart?  It's luscious, sweet, and rich without being overly heavy.  The tart crust features our house milled whole wheat flour.

Two people can easily share this tart and if you want to try more than one of our treats three people could enjoy this together along with another of our selections.

Each tart is placed on gold fluted circle and placed in a crisp bright white box with special pink decorative label for easy gift giving.

INGREDIENTS: Crust:  House milled whole wheat flour, unsalted butter, sugar, egg, salt. Filling: Valrhona hazelnut chocolate, egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, half and half, butter, salt.

Whipped Cream: Heavy cream and sugar.

Salted Caramel: Sugar, agave, water, heavy cream, butter, vanilla extract, salt.

Candied Hazelnuts: hazelnuts, cinnamon, sugar, egg whites, water, salt.

Chocolate Shavings: Callebaut dark chocolate
