Summer Squash Asiago & Tomato Croissant
Our flaky croissant dough is filled with sauteed local (when available) summer squash, crushed red pepper and other spices, local cherry tomatoes (from Cider Hill when available starting early July), and asiago cheese. This savory croissant makes a great vegetarian breakfast, lunch, or snack!
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Water, Butter, Sugar, Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Yeast, Egg.
Filling: summer squash, olive oil, salt, nutmeg, black pepper, crushed red pepper, asiago cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
