Raspberry Pistachio Croissant
Our flaky croissant dough is topped with pistachio frangipane and local raspberries from Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury, MA. This format will change seasonally and doubles well as a breakfast treat or a dessert!
Croissant dough: Wheat flour, water, sugar, butter, milk powder, salt, yeast
Toppings: butter, sugar, eggs, wheat flour, pistachios, vanilla extract, almond extract, orange zest, salt, local raspberries from Cider Hill Farm, confectioner's sugar.
