Made with a combination of house milled white whole wheat flour from wheat berries sourced from Seneca Grain and Bean in NY, organic maple syrup from Silloway Maple in Vermont, and fresh rosemary. They have an addictive crisp quality and a bit of extra salt to balance out the sweet and pair with the savory tones of the rosemary. Sprinkled just before baking with turbinado sugar to give it sparkle and a sweet crunch.
