Ordering Instructions

Different rules apply to holiday weeks :)



  • Pickup at our 48 Central Street location, in Downtown Salem MA 7-days a week 7am-3pm exceptions apply to major holidays.
  • Pick-up at our 139 Boston Street location, on the Salem-Peabody line, is  7am-12pm Wednesday-Sunday exceptions apply to major holidays.
  • You can order 2-30 days in advance for pick-up
  • Due to production restrictions, you must order by 12:00 noon to pick up in two days. If you need to make an alteration to an order it also must be in by 12:00 noon two days before the order is scheduled for pick-up.
  • Sorry no next day orders as we require 2 days for production purposes.
  • Our Central Street location (Downtown Salem) is open daily 7am-3pm for walk-in customers as well as pre-order pick-up.  
  • Our Boston street location(Salem-Peabody line) is open Wednesday-Sunday 7am-noon for walk in customers and pre-order pick-up.
  • Restrictions apply to holidays and the order cut off may be earlier, this may also apply to the days leading up to a major holiday!
  •  Order pick-up may also differ for holidays.


  • All pre- orders will be credit card only, payable when you place the order in the ~ONLINE ORDERING~ section of our website. 
  • Daily specials are ONLY available on the indicated day in the title or description of the product.
  • If an item is ordered on a day it is not available it will be removed from your order and refunded.
  • All pre-orders are to be picked up in store, we do not ship orders or bring pre-orders to the farmers markets.
  • We will hold orders for one day if they are not picked up. We cannot offer refunds/credit for orders that are not picked up.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with this information:
  • Bring your order confirmation email with you when picking up an order. It's recommended you take a screenshot of your confirmation email.
  • Check your confirmation email carefully, make sure all the information is correct. The customer is responsible for choosing the correct pick-up date & location.
  • If you have not received a confirmation email: Check that it has not been sent to your spam/junk email folder 
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email: your order may not have been processed use the below email if you have questions concerning your order status.

      • Please read the above order information about order cut-off times: if you contact us about a missing order or an incorrect order after the cut-off we may not be able to accommodate changes.
    • All pre-orders are to be picked up in store, we do not ship orders or bring orders to farmers markets.
    • Orders are not processed until payment is finalized.


    • Holiday ordering:
    • Order cut-off dates will often be earlier then the standard cut-off of two days in advance by noon. If you need to make an adjustment to an order it must be by the posted Holiday cut-off.
