Blackberry Lime Cupcakes Available Fridays- Sunday Last Day 8/25

We've combined an olive oil lime sponge cake with fresh blackberry compote  and blackberry buttercream frosting.  The cake is very light and soft, and the lime and blackberry is a perfect refreshing summer combo. Blackberries sourced from Cider Hill Farm.

INGREDIENTS:

Cake: Wheat flour, House Milled  White Whole Wheat flour, sugar, eggs, olive

Blackberry Compote: Blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, salt.

Blackberry Buttercream Frosting: Butter, sugar, egg whites, blackberry compote, salt, vanilla extract.
