Bananas Foster Cream Pie
A take on a classic dessert! The base of this pie is a graham cracker crust made with house made whole wheat graham crackers that is then filled first with brown butter pastry cream, brown sugar rum bananas, and is then topped off with a malted whipped cream garnished with pecan nougatine.

INGREDIENTS:
Pastry Cream: half and half, sugar, brown sugar, brown butter, egg yolks, cornstarch, white rum from Deacon Giles, salt, vanilla paste.
Banana filling: Brown Sugar, Butter, Deacon Giles Rum, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, salt, bananas.
Crust: House milled whole wheat flour, unsalted butter, sugar, brown sugar, honey, molasses, water, orange zest, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda.
Whipped Cream: heavy cream, sugar, malted milk powder.
Garnish: Pecan nougatine- powdered sugar, pecans, butter, cinnamon, salt.
