Raspberry Jam Streusel Pinwheel Danish
Our flaky croissant dough filled with house-made raspberry jam with a hint of cranberries and lemon zest. The pinwheel is then topped with whole wheat streusel using Maine Grains whole wheat and traditional confectioner's sugar icing.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Water, Butter, Sugar, Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Yeast, Egg.
Filling: raspberries, sugar, cranberries, lemon zest.
Topping: wheat flour, whole wheat flour, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt. extract.
Icing: Confectioner's Sugar and milk.
