Large Hazelnut Caramel Crunch Cream Pie 12/23 & 12/24 & Fri-Sunday ONLY
This pie is only available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OR on 12/23 and 12/24.
This pie is made with Valrhona gianduja (hazelnut) chocolate, a crunchy layer of candied hazelnuts, and a generous helping of whipped cream. It is then striped with salted caramel, more candied hazelnuts, and chocolate shavings. It's luscious, sweet, and rich without being overly heavy. The tart crust features our flaky pie crust.
Serves 8-10 people
INGREDIENTS: Crust: Wheat flour, butter, water, salt.
Filling: Valrhona hazelnut chocolate, egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, half and half, butter, salt.
Whipped Cream: Heavy cream and sugar.
Salted Caramel: Sugar, agave, water, heavy cream, butter, vanilla extract, salt.
Candied Hazelnuts: hazelnuts, cinnamon, sugar, egg whites, water, salt.
Chocolate Shavings: Callebaut dark chocolate
