Blueberry Sweet Corn Croissant
This croissant based treat screams summer with its sweet corn curd filling and local fresh blueberries. Great for breakfast or a dessert. The crumb topping is made from good old cornflakes that have been candied. Think Frosted Flakes cereal!

Wheat flour, sugar, butter, milk powder, salt, yeast, corn, milk, blueberries corn flakes, cornmeal (house milled), apricot glaze, confectioner's sugar, snow sugar.
