MONDAYS & SATURDAYS: Cornmeal Pumpkin Loaf

Available Monday and Saturday as well as 11/25 and 11/26 for Thanksgiving.

A seasonal customer favorite. Local pumpkins are roasted until soft, peeled, and incorporated right into the mix with house milled Seneca Grain and Bean Wapsie Valley corn as well as honey, yielding a soft, moist, loaf.  

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, house milled cornmeal, local Brooksby Farm pumpkin, canola oil, honey, water, sea salt, yeast.
