Our flaky croissant dough is filled with local cherry tomatoes (from Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury) that are tossed in red wine vinaigrette dressing and combined with kalamata olives, feta cheese, and oregano.  This savory croissant makes a great vegetarian breakfast, lunch, or snack!

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Water, Butter, Sugar, Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Yeast, Egg.

Filling: Cherry Tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta, red onion, oregano, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper.
