Cornmeal Citrus Fennel Shortbread Cookies, Bag

Made with freshly milled cornmeal this cookie features a very tender and sandy texture.  With notes of citrus and vanilla from the fiori di sicilia extract and freshly ground fennel seed this cookie is quite aromatic. Great for dunking in tea or along side a shot of espresso.
