SUNDAY & WEDNESDAY Whole Wheat PAN LOAF
This bread is soft, healthy, and delicious and makes killer sandwiches and simple buttered toast. It does everything white bread can do, and more. The house milled whole wheat flour is scalded in hot water to add moistness, flavor, and softness to the loaf. This loaf is available for preorder at both locations for Wednesday or Sunday pick-up and is available for walk-in sales at our downtown Salem Central St location on these days.
INGREDIENTS: Made with our house-milled whole wheat flour with wheat berries sourced from Buck's Farm in Maine, wheat flour, pate fermentee, water, honey, Sea Salt, Yeast. All our whole grain flours are milled on our New American Stone Mill made in VT.
