Carrot Cake Cupcake with Cream Cheese Frosting
This a very moist and perfectly spiced carrot cake made with Maine Grains whole wheat flour and local carrots from Alprilla Farm in Essex. Good old cream cheese frosting is always the perfect pairing. A sweet little marigold provides spark of color.
INGREDIENTS: Local carrots, Sugar, Canola Oil, Maine Grain whole wheat, eggs, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom.
Cream cheese icing: Cream cheese confectioner's sugar, butter, vanilla extract, marigold garnish.
