Cherry Vanilla Cream Pie, SMALL

A creamy layer of vanilla pastry cream, followed by a layer of tangy sour cherry filling, and topped with malted whipped cream.  The slightly sourness of the summer fruit pairs perfectly with the creamy custard and whipped cream. Serves one generous portion or can be shared.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, butter, water, sugar, cherries, cornstarchm lemon juice, half and half, egg yolks, heavy cream, vanilla paste, vanilla bean, almond extract, malted milk powder.
