Chocolate Mint Cream Cake

This chocolate cake is made with black cocoa powder and brewed coffee from Atomic Coffee Roasters. The cake is soaked in fresh mint syrup and topped with a coffee flavored bittersweet chocolate ganache as well as a mint flavored whipped white chocolate ganache. It is elegantly pipped and subtly garnished with white chocolate pearls and tiny metallic stars.  Serves 8.


INGREDIENTS:
Cake: Black Cocoa Powder, Wheat Flour, Olive Oil, Eggs, Brewed Atomic Coffee, Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Baking Soda, Salt.

Glaze: Mocha Ganache: heavy cream, bittersweet chocolate, espresso powder.

Topping: Heavy Cream, White Chocolate, Fresh Mint, Vanilla Paste

Syrup: Sugar, Water, Fresh Mint.

Garnish: White Chocolate Crisp Pearls & Metallic Silver Star Sprinkles
