A semla (semlor plural) is a Swedish pastry bun made with cardamom, almond paste, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. It's traditionally eaten on Fat Tuesday but is now enjoyed throughout the year.
Available for Pre-order on: Thursdays, Saturdays & Mondays. We only bake these buns on these days, so make sure you order then for Thursday or Saturday or Monday.
