Valentine's Chocolate Berry Vanilla Cake Available 2/13 & 2/14

Friday 2/13 pick up & Saturday 2/14 pick up are available at Boston Street OR Central Street. Boston Street hours are 7 am-12pm. Central Street hour are 7am-3pm.

This is a soft, sweet, and fluffy vanilla cake filled with house made strawberry jam, glazed with bittersweet chocolate ganache, and topped with piped strawberry whipped cream.  This cake can serve 1-2 people.  It manages to hit all the requirements for being a decadent dessert without being heavy. This dessert makes for a very pretty gift with it's pink whipped cream, flower petals, and various sprinkles.  This cake is boxed individually in a window box with a custom Valentine's label for easy ready to go gift giving.

INGREDIENTS: 

Cake: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Butter, Milk, Canola Oil, Salt, Baking Powder, Vanilla Paste

Strawberry Jam: Strawberries, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Pectin

Ganache: Bittersweet Chocolate (contains soy lecithin) and heavy cream

Strawberry Whipped Cream: Heavy Cream, Greek Yogurt, Confectioner's Sugar, Strawberry Powder, Dragon Fruit Powder.

Garnish: Micro Begonia Petals, White Chocolate Pearls, Chocolate Pearls, White and Pink Sprinkles
