Key Lime Cream Pie in Graham Cracker Crust, SMALL

A seasonal favorite, A&J's Key Lime Cream Pie is sure to brighten a rainy spring afternoon.

A graham cracker crust made with house-made whole wheat graham crackers is filled with a creamy key lime filling.  The pie is topped with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings & pearls.

Serves 1-2 people

INGREDIENTS:

Key Lime Filling: Key Lime juice, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, butter, lime zest, salt.

Topping: heavy cream, sugar, vanilla paste.

Crust: House milled whole wheat flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, honey, molasses, water, orange zest, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract.

Garnish: Valrhona White Chocolate shavings (contains soy lecithin) White Chocolate Crispy Pearls
