Matcha Lemon Loaf Cake

This is a new matcha swirled lemon loaf cake that is a wonderfully tender and a perfectly satisfying quick breakfast cake or late afternoon snack.  It's not overly sweet but does hit the spot when you need a comforting sweet treat.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, whole milk yogurt, eggs canola oil, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest, matcha powder.

Serves 8-10 people
