Chocolate Raspberry Early Grey & Passion Fruit Vanilla Cream Puffs
We’ve got two lovely flavors for you in this dessert box. Both are filled with creamy luscious fillings. First, we have a chocolate early grey pastry cream, paired with raspberry jam, and topped with chocolate ganache, a fresh raspberry, and a tiny green accent of bay leaf. The pate choux is accented with a crispy cocoa layer as well. The pastry cream is flavored with Blue Flower Early Grey from Mem Tea in Cambridge.
The second flavor combo we have is a passion fruit curd and vanilla diplomat cream. This cream puff is topped with whipped white chocolate ganache and more passion fruit curd as well as a pretty little flower and bay leaf garnish. Both cream puffs are a generous size appropriate for going halfsies on each flavor!

Chocolate Ganache: Bittersweet Chocolate (contains soy lecithin), heavy cream
Raspberry Jam: Raspberries, Cranberries, Sugar, Water, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest.
Pate Choux: Milk, Eggs, Sugar, Wheat Four, Butter, Salt, Black Cocoa Powder, Vanilla Extract.
Garnish: Bay Leaf, Raspberry, Crispy Chocolate Pearls

Passion Fruit Curd: Passion Fruit Puree, Butter, Sugar, Egg Yolks, Salt.
Diplomat Cream: Half & Half, Egg Yolks, Sugar, Butter, Vanilla Paste, Salt, Heavy Cream.
Pate Choux: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Milk, Butter, Eggs, Baking Powder, Salt
White Chocolate Whipped Ganache: White Chocolate (contains soy lecithin), Heavy Cream, Salt.
Garnish: Bay Leaf and Micro Orchid
