Coconut Lemon Scone

In our classic cream scone base we have brought together shredded coconut, coconut extract, and lemon zest for a delicious breakfast treat.  This scone is also glazed with a sweet tart lemon glaze.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Cream, Butter, Sugar, Half and Half (Milk, Cream), Shredded Sweetened Coconut, Coconut Extract, Sugar, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate),  lemon zest, lemon juice confectioner's sugar, and sea salt.
