Spinach and Leek Everything Danish
Our flaky croissant dough filled with spinach from Satur Farms in NY and other local sources when possible as well as leeks gently cooked in butter and olive oil and combined with a creamy garlic sauce. Everything spice that we use for our bagels amps up the garlic and onion. Makes a great vegetarian and savory breakfast, lunch, or snack!
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour (wheat, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), Water, Butter, Sugar, Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Yeast, Egg.
Filling: spinach, leeks, garlic, heavy cream, olive oil, butter, salt, nutmeg, black pepper.
Everything spice: Sesame seeds, black onion seeds, granulated garlic, onion flakes, poppy seeds, flaked salt.
