Our flaky croissant dough filled with local roasted butternut squash from Brooksby Farm in Peabody.  Once roasted it is paired with candied walnuts and sage.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Water, Butter, Sugar, Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Yeast, Egg. Filling: Butternut squash canola or olive oil, salt, walnuts, brown sugar, butter, and sage.
