Vegan Whole Wheat Citrus Spice Muffin

This muffin is made with 50% freshly ground whole wheat from Bucks Farm in Maine. It contains local carrots from NH, applesauce, coconut, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds to create a moist and hearty breakfast item. Spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, and orange zest.  Does not contain animal products.
