Banana Bread

This is a super soft and moist banana bread with notes of coconut and pineapple. Made with a portion of the flour being fresh house milled white whole wheat berries grown by Seneca Grain and Bean in NY State.

Cake: Milanaise Transitional Wheat Flour, house-milled white whole wheat flour milled from wheat berries sourced from Seneca Grain and Bean in NY, banana, sugar, canola oil, pineapple, eggs, coconut, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, turbinado sugar.
