Apple "Donut" Mini Bundts
These mini bundt cakes are reminiscent of little apple cider donuts. They are a quick bread made with applesauce, butter, egg whites, cinnamon and sugar. They are baked off, dipped in melted butter while warm and rolled in cinnamon sugar. They are made with 50% freshly milled whole wheat flour. Wheat berries sourced from Bucks Farm in Maine and milled into flour by us!
