Key Lime Cream Pie in Graham Cracker Crust

This is our version of a classic Key Lime Pie.  The base of this pie is a graham cracker crust made with house made whole wheat graham crackers that is then filled with a creamy sweet tart key lime filling.  The pie is then topped with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings. 

INGREDIENTS:

Key Lime Filling: Key Lime juice, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, butter, lime zest, salt.

Topping: heavy cream, sugar, vanilla paste.

Crust: House milled whole wheat flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, honey, molasses, water, orange zest, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract.

Garnish: Valrhona White Chocolate shavings (contains soy lecithin).
