This is a crunchy, sandy textured deep cocoa based cookie with the just the right amount of salt to give it that addictive quality.  These cookies are also notably made in part with our house milled whole rye flour as well as pastry flour.  Mini bittersweet chocolate chips stud these cookies throughout. 10 cookies per bag
