FOR PASSOVER Passion Fruit Coconut Meringue Tart 4/11, 4/12, 4/13

Pre-order Pick Up for this product will be on Friday 4/11-Sunday 4/13.

Orders can be picked up at either Boston Street 7 am-12pm OR Central Street 7am-3pm.

This tart features the wonderful flavor of passion fruit with a smooth as silk layer of fruity, tangy passion fruit curd simply layered into a coconut tart shell and topped with a beautiful flour meringue design to get you in the springtime mood.  This product is made dairy and wheat free with Passover in mind.  This product is not Kosher certified. Serves 6-8 people 

INGREDIENTS:

Crust:  Macaroon Coconut, Sugar, Coconut Oil, Egg whites, salt.

Filling: Passion Fruit Puree, Sugar, Egg, Coconut oil.

Topping: Egg whites, sugar, salt.
