Black Forest Quarter Sheet Cake

Preorders for a whole quarter sheet cake can be placed two days in advance and picked up at either location.  Serves at least 15 people.

Individual slices available in house daily at Central Street.

This  cake is unbelievably moist and made with brewed Atomic Coffee and high quality cocoa powder.  The layers and top are filled with American-style vanilla buttercream flecked with real vanilla beans.  A layer of house made cherry jam adds a fruity sweet tart note that balances out each slice.

INGREDIENTS: 

Cake: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Eggs, Butter, Sour Cream, Brewed Atomic Coffee, Baking Soda, Salt, Vanilla extract.

Cherry Jam: Cherries, Cranberries, Sugar, Lemon Juice.

Vanilla Buttercream: Butter, confectioner's sugar, vanilla powder, salt.
