Blueberry Jam Streusel Pinwheel Danish
Our flaky croissant dough filled with house-made blueberry jam made with local blueberries from Cider Hill in Amesbury. The pinwheel is then topped with whole wheat streusel using house milled whole wheat from Maine and traditional confectioner's sugar icing.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour (wheat, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), Water, Butter, Sugar, Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Yeast, Egg.
Filling: Blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, pectin.
Topping: wheat flour, whole wheat flour, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt. extract.
Icing: Confectioner's Sugar and milk.
