Chocolate Mini Bundts

These mini bundt cakes are reminiscent of a chocolate glazed donut.  This is a simple quick bread made with cocoa powder and glazed with a confectioner's sugar glaze.  It is the perfect size treat when you just need a little something.

INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour, cocoa powder, canola oil, egg whites, sour cream, sugar, espresso poweder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, confectioner's sugar, milk.
