Blueberry Galette, LARGE
Our flaky pie dough beautifully shaped around local blueberries and dusted with confectioners sugar is the perfect summer dessert. Add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream to dial up the treat factor. Local blueberries sourced from Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury. Serves 6.
Crust: Wheat flour (wheat, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), unsalted butter, salt, egg wash.
Filling: Blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice. Confectioner's sugar.
