Our flaky croissant dough filled with spinach & leeks gently cooked in butter and olive oil and combined with a creamy garlic sauce. We source our spinach locally when it is available!
The danish is topped with everything spice which amps up the garlic and onion. A flakey savory vegetarian danish that is perfect for breakfast, lunch or an afternoon pick-me-up!
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Water, Butter, Sugar, Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Yeast, Egg.
Filling: spinach, leeks, garlic, heavy cream, olive oil, butter, salt, nutmeg, black pepper.
Everything spice: Sesame seeds, black onion seeds, granulated garlic, onion flakes, poppy seeds, flaked salt.
