Strawberry Cream Sugar Bun
~last day of the season for this pastry is Sunday 9/4/2022 no orders for this item after that date~ This is our version of a donut but instead of being fried it is an enriched dough that is baked, brushed with melted butter, rolled in sugar, and then filled full sweetened strawberry mascarpone filling. It is addictive! Weekends only! Most of our strawberries are sourced through Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury.
BUNS: Wheat flour, sugar, butter, olive oil, eggs, milk, salt, yeast.
Filling: Mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, fresh local strawberry puree.
