Nectarine Jam Streusel Pinwheel Danish
Our flaky croissant dough filled with house-made vanilla plum jam made from east coast nectarines (the local crop was damaged in 2023). The pinwheel is then topped with whole wheat streusel using house milled whole wheat from Maine and traditional confectioner's sugar icing.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour (wheat, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), Water, Butter, Sugar, Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Yeast, Egg.
Filling: Nectarines, sugar, vanilla paste, lemon juice.
Topping: wheat flour, whole wheat flour, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt. extract.
Icing: Confectioner's Sugar and milk.
