Plum Jam Streusel Pinwheel Danish

Our flaky croissant dough filled with house-made vanilla plum jam made from local plums from Cider Hill. The pinwheel is then topped with whole wheat streusel using Maine Grains whole wheat and traditional confectioner's sugar icing.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour (wheat, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), Water, Butter, Sugar, Milk Powder, Sea Salt, Yeast, Egg.
Filling: local plums, sugar, vanilla beans, star anise.
Topping: wheat flour, whole wheat flour, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt. extract.
Icing: Confectioner's Sugar and milk.
