Large Strawberry Rhubarb Galette
Our flaky pie dough beautifully shaped around strawberries and rhubarb and dusted with confectioners sugar is the perfect summer dessert. Add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream to dial up the treat factor. Local strawberries sourced from Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury and Marini Farm in Ipswich when available. Rhubarb will also be locally sourced when available from various farm partners.
Crust: Wheat flour (wheat, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), unsalted butter, salt, egg wash.
Filling: Rhubarb, Strawberries, sugar, cornstarch (Strawberries will be local when available). Confectioner's sugar.
