Hazelnut Honey Cake Small Available Thursday-Sunday until May 18
This is a very soft cake made primarily with house milled white whole wheat flour and ground hazelnuts. It is glazed with a Valrhona chocolate hazelnut ganache made from their gianduja chocolate. These pretty little cakes are topped with a honey buttercream and sweet little violas to bring that spring time feel. Perfect for a Mother's Day treat!
INGREDIENTS:
Cake: White whole wheat flour (house milled), sugar, egg whites, hazelnuts, milk, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom, and cream of tartar.
Ganache: Gianduja Valrhona Chocolate feves and heavy cream
Honey Swiss Meringue Buttercream: butter, honey, sugar, egg whites, salt
Garnish: Viola flowers
