This cookie is made with sifted whole wheat flour from Maine Grains, organic maple syrup from Silloway Maple in Vermont and fresh rosemary. They have an addictive crisp quality and a bit of extra salt to balance out the sweet and pair with the savory tones of the rosemary. Sprinkled just before baking with turbinado sugar to give it sparkle and a sweet crunch.
